I’m a 66 year old living in Supportive Housing for the last 10 years. I’m able to continue living in the community with services rather than a long-term care facility. I really enjoy my privacy but I’m also pleased that there are plenty of opportunities to socialize in supportive housing. I’m so pleased with the amenities accessible in the building and nearby in town. I appreciate the access to the provider staff that is in the building 24/7. I’ve called the on-call staff to assist me when needed. The Supportive Housing Coordinator keeps me informed of what activities are going on in the building and is knowledgeable about all services and benefits.”

An Aging Services of North Central Massachusetts Supportive Housing Coordinator is available on-site during business hours to answer your questions and make referrals for additional services as needed.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES THAT ARE AVAILABLE:
- Light housekeeping
- Grocery shopping
- Help with bathing, dressing, and other personal care needs
- Meal preparation
- Laundry
- Arranging transportation (with or without escort) for doctor’s appointments or medical appointments
- Personal emergency response systems
- Provide resources and information for community
ELIGIBILITY
Supportive Housing is specific to the residents of the Fitchburg, Gardner and Leominster Housing Authorities.
Must be 60 years of age or older, or disabled and meet the income guidelines for public housing established by the Fitchburg, Gardner, Leominster housing authorities.
