ASNCM awarded grant for BHOAP – Behavioral Health Outreach for Adult Population

ASNCM has been awarded a two year grant from the Executive Office of Elder Affairs to establish a Behavioral Health Outreach program for our Older Adult Population.  BHOAP is designed to provide behavioral health services, counseling, outreach, referrals, support, and a bridge to more formal services to older adults (age 60+) living in our communities of North Central Massachusetts.  We look forward to making a positive difference in the lives of our older adults through this program!  #safety#dignity#respect
